Caltrans Report Suggests Roundabout or Signal at Enterprise Rd and Highway 25
A report for Caltrans and San Benito County proposed improvements for the Enterprise Road and State Route 25 intersection, currently rated “F” for traffic flow. Suggested options, a traffic signal or a roundabout, could significantly reduce wait times and enhance safety. No action has been taken yet, needing further study and funding. Continue reading

Feds Award County $7.6 Million for Various Safety Projects
San Benito County has been awarded $7.6 million from the US Department of Transportation’s SS4A grant program for 2025, aimed at enhancing road safety. The funds will improve 11 key intersections and corridors, including the conversion of two intersections into roundabouts, guided by the county’s 2022 Local Road Safety Plan. Continue reading
